Methodological issues related to the discipline and its significance with regard to the context and theological and epistemological mediation should also be taken seriously.
  5. Any issue of Plagiarism will be seriously dealt with.
  6. The paper should be properly documented following the Hunter P. Mabry style.
  7. Non-English words should also be given in Roman Script with its meaning in English for the sake of those who are unfamiliar with the language.

  9. The Paper should be not less than 4000 words and not more than 6000 words excluding footnote and bibliography.
  10. The papers which fail to meet the required standard have to be reworked and the students should resubmit the same before the next seminar day.
  11. For each paper, the time allotted for presentation and discussion will be 50 minutes. The presenter can take 20 to 25 minutes to present the paper and the respondent will get 7 minutes to make the response. The rest of the time will be devoted to discussion. The presenter will get time to respond to the responses.
  12. The students have to get the approval from the Supervisor before distributing the paper.
  13. Three copies of the paper with the signature of the Supervisor and the soft copy should be submitted to the office on Thursday prior to the day of the presentation.
  14. The paper should be served to all the FFRRC Faculty Members (both soft and hard copy) and the students by Thursday prior to the day of the presentation.
  15. The paper should be served to the respondent one week early.

The respondents should prepare their responses in a scholarly manner, critically analyzing the methodology, content, coherence of argument, originality of thought,  accuracy and range of Knowledge of the subject, use of sources (published, unpublished  and personal investigation) and familiarity with the development of the theme in contemporary scholarship, format and interdisciplinary scope
  17. The response should be made available to the presenter at least on the previous day of presentation and also submit a copy of the same to the office and the faculty present before the seminar session begins.
